Heard the learned counsel for petitioners.

Respondent Nos.2 and 3 were served with the notice before admission. None appeared for respondent Nos.2 and 3. Thereafter, this Court issued notice of final disposal to respondent Nos.2 and 3. The office endorsement shows that the final disposal notice is also served upon respondent Nos.2 and 3. Still none appears for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

The grievance of the petitioners is restricted to the extent of non-payment of amount of gratuity.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
