CORAM :
SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.
DATED :
05.12.2022.
ORDER:- 1.
Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 1086 days in filing the appeal. The delay appears to be caused due to their financial crisis. The learned Counsel for Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application on the ground that there is also circulation delay. However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay periods as mentioned in these applications, stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay period and also for the delay in circulating the matter belatedly.
(2) 19 CA-5002.2020.odt 2.
The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections.
3.
The Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly. (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.) vd_dhirde
