PER COURT :- 1.

Learned AGP raises a preliminary objection that petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Tribunal.

Mr. Barde, learned counsel for the petitioner states that, appointment of the petitioner sought to be cancelled and person who was shown in ST General Category is sought to be given appointment in category of seat reserved for physically handicapped persons.

In view of the fact that, petitioner has an alternate remedy available, we are not inclined to consider the submissions. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of to avail the alternate remedy. For a period of seven days from today if the seat meant for physically handicapped person is not filled in, the same would not be filled in.
