Mr. Sonwane, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the proposal has been submitted on 05-08-2015 for registration of the

2 WP-4707.16+1 petitioners' proposed society on Pirkalyan Laghu Patbandhare Tank, however, no decision has been take on the same. The same has also not been processed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents states that the same would be processed in accordance with law. 5.

Considering the above, concerned authority shall process said proposal filed by the petitioners' society and take decision upon the same on its ow merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of this order.
