The civil application is filed seeking amendment in the title clause of the writ petition.

It is submitted that, the name of the petitioner is Swati D/o Satyanarayan Kengal. However, in the title clause wrongly it is stated as Swati D/o Venkatesh Kengal. According to the learned counsel even in the judgment of the Committee the name is referred as Kengal Swati Satyanarayan. Venkatesh is brother of the present petitioner. According to the learned counsel by
2 ca 5090.15 mistake petitioner is referred as daughter of Venkatesh. 3.
We have heard Mr. Tele, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2/Committee.

It appears that, in the judgment which is assailed in the writ petition, the name of the applicant is stated as Kengal Swati Satyanarayan and the said judgment is dated 30th April 2014 is assailed in the Writ Petition No. 9398 of 2014. 5.
It appears that, by mistake the name of the applicant has been stated as daughter of Vekatesh looking to the judgment of the Committee. In the light of that, civil application to amend the title clause of the writ petition as Swati D/o Satyanarayan Kenal is allowed. As the amendment in the memo of the writ petition is allowed, necessary corrections be carried out in the order dated 14.10.2014 with regard to the name of the petitioner.
