It is the contention of the petitioner that her examination form for the first year MBBS course tendered to the College has not been accepted by the University.

Claim of the petitioner for issuance of validation certificate has been turned down by the Committee on technical ground and in this regard certain directions have been issued by this court while disposing of the Writ petition No. 2191/2017 and other companion matters.

In the circumstances, the petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to accept examination form of the petitioner and 1/2

With the above directions, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
