The petitioner belongs to reserved category and her tribe certificate validation proposal is stated to be pending with respondent No.2 Committee.

Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have not accepted the examination form of the petitioner for want of validity certificate. In the circumstances, this petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to accept examination form and permit the petitioner to appear for the examinations and it is accordingly directed.

Respondent No.2 Committee shall take decision on the tribe certificate validation proposal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months form today.

With the directions as above, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
