This is an application for suspension of sentence of rigorous imprisonment for two months. The trial Court has suspended the sentence till filing of

APPLN-1057-21 the appeal.

For the reasons given in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). During pendency of the criminal appeal, the substantive sentence imposed by the trial Court is suspended and the applicant be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount. Bail before the trial Court.
