By order dated 7th October, 2016, this court has ordered issuance of notice to the respondent, returnable on 25th November, 2016, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,500/-. The costs was to be deposited within a period of two weeks. On 6th October, 2016 when the matter was listed before the court, the learned Counsel for the petitioner was absent. Even today, when the matter was called out, none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

The petitioner has neither deposited costs nor supplied spare copy for issuance of notice. In view thereof, petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
