Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the State.

The applicants have been booked for the offences punishable under section 306 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicants were protected by an order dated 13th May, 2021. The learned APP would submit that the applicants have attended the police station. Charge-sheet is filed.

It seems that investigation is over and nothing is to be recovered from the applicants. Therefore, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order:-
