The application is filed for permission to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the insurance company. Heard both the sides.

Learned counsel for the insurance company strongly opposed the application by contending that the amount is on higher side and there is possibility of contributory negligence. This Court has gone through the reasoning given by the Tribunal. This Court holds that the entire amount needs to be disbursed and permission needs to be granted to the applicant.

In the result, application is allowed. Amount is allowed to be withdrawn subject to giving of undertaking by the applicants. Disbursement is to be made as per the judgment and Award of the Tribunal.
