The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that a written explanation to the Vigilance Cell Enquiry Report has already been tendered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not dodge the committee. As the notice was served after the date of hearing, the father of the petitioner approached the Committee, collected the report and written

By recording the above statement, this petition is disposed off. We expect the Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 31st May, 2023.
