P.C. :- Present application is filed for condonation of delay of 134 days caused in filing the second appeal against the impugned judgment and decree dated 15.11.2019 passed by District Judge, Aurangabad in R,.C.A. No. 198 of 2019. It is informed that even the respondents have assailed the aforesaid judgment and decree by filing a separate appeal. 2.

Considering the aforesaid facts, and reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.

After registration of appeal, same be placed alongwith S.A. No. 3 of 2020 for hearing on 7th February,2025. [S.G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J] grt/-
