Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4 - State. 2.

There appears to be delay of 191 days in filing the application which stands condoned.

Present application has been filed for restoration of Writ Petition No.8929 of 2023, which was conditionally disposed of vide order dated 25.08.2023.

It appears that conditional order was passed on 25.08.2023 in respect of removal of office objections to be made within the stipulated period of three weeks. Upon failure to comply, writ petition [1]

911-ca-4503-2024.odt was to be disposed of automatically without further reference to the Court. The petitioner could not remove the office objections within the aforesaid period.

Now, the applicant is undertaking to remove the office objections. Respondents are not seriously objecting for restoration of the writ petition.

In view of the said undertaking, the conditional order passed by this Court dated 25.08.2023 is hereby recalled. Time to remove office objections is extended by two weeks. If office objections are removed within the aforesaid period, the petition would stand restored to its original position.

Accordingly, Civil Application No.4503 of 2024 stands disposed of.
