Learned counsel appearing for respondent-original plaintiff submits that the trial court has allowed application exh.32 filed by respondent-plaintiff for issuance of temporary injunction order. Being aggrieved by the same, the petitioner-original defendant has preferred Misc. Civil appeal no.62/2012 before the District Court, Jalgaon and the learned District Judge1, Jalgaon by order dated 6.3.2013 in the aforesaid Misc. Civil Appeal confirmed the order passed by the Trial Court and dismissed the appeal. Being aggrieved by the same, the petitioner-original defendant has approached this Court by filing present writ petition.

It appears that, this court by order dated 6.5.2013 directed the parties to maintain status-quo as on the date of passing of the order. Both the parties are claiming to be in possession of the suit property. Regular Civil Suit is instituted by the respondentplaintiff is of the year 2011. As per order passed by this court dated 6.5.2013, parties shall maintain status-quo as on that date till the disposal of the suit, and learned judge of the trial court shall dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of this order. Writ petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
