CORAM : R.M.BORDE & P.R.BORA, JJ.
DATE : 25th June, 2015 PER COURT:
The petitioner is objecting to the inclusion of names of voters listed at Exhibit-C (page no.68) in different wards. It is not the case of the petitioner that such of those voters, who are in fact listed at Exhibit-C, cannot be considered as voters at the village panchayat or that they have raised any objection in respect of inclusion of their names in voters list in different wards. However, the objection raised by petitioner is in respect of their inclusion in different wards. None of the persons affected i.e. the voters, whose names are enlisted at Exhibit-C, has approached this Court making grievance in respect of their inclusion. Instant petition is presented by the petitioner presumably in view of the apprehension in respect of his future electoral chances at the elections. The grievance raised by the
{2} wp515315.odt petitioner, in the instant petition, need not be gone into in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution. The petition is devoid of substance.
Writ Petition stands dismissed.
