It is noticed that Contempt Petition Nos. 304/2022, 316/2022, 324/2022 and 353/2022 were to be included in the common order dated 01/07/2022, vide which, identical contempt petitions were disposed off by recording the statements of the parties and by issuing further directions. The lead contempt petition in the order dated 01/07/2022, is Contempt Petition No.327/2022.

Since the learned Advocate for the respective sides are united in submitting that these four contempt petitions need to be disposed off in terms of the said order dated 01/07/2022, these four contempt petitions i.e. Contempt Petition Nos. 304/2022, 316/2022, 324/2022 and 353/2022 stand disposed off, with the same directions as are set out in the order dated 01/07/2022, passed in Contempt Petition No.327/2022.
