This Court on 14.6.2017, had issued notice and directed that coercive steps may not be taken against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned recovery certificate on condition that

2 W.P.No.4586/13 the petitioner deposits an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lacs) by the next date. The office endorsement shows that the petitioner did not deposit the said amount. Thereafter, the matter was circulated again on 1.9.2015. On 1.9.2015, also none appeared for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned.

Today also when the matter was called out, none appeared for the petitioner.

The petitioner has also not complied with the order passed earlier.

In light of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
