1] The petitioner has challenged notices dated 2nd February, 2016 and 16th February, 2016. It is submitted that against the said orders, appeals are already filed with the respondent No.1, alongwith stay petition. Same is pending. However, no decision is taken upon the same and the respondents are proceeding to take coercive action against the petitioner. 2] Learned AGP on instructions states that the appeals itself would be decided within 3 months.

3] Respondent No.1 shall decide the stay petition, expeditiously preferably within one month and till the said stay petition is decided, respondents shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned notices. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
