The petitioner may raise the grievance in respect of seniority, if any, by tendering appropriate application/appeal to the Education Officer. If petitioner tenders appeal/application within a period of four weeks from today, the Education Officer shall take appropriate decision in the matter in observance of principles of natural justice in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of tendering of such application/appeal.
