Learned AGP appears on behalf of respondents no. 1 and 2 and files affidavit in reply. The affidavit has been affirmed by Shri Astik Kumar Pandey, District Collector, Beed. Respondents have tendered an unconditional apology to this Court for not complying with the order passed by this Court within the time granted. Learned AGP would state that the delay occurred is not intentional but for want of necessary sanction from the State Government. Moreover, the amount of interest was calculated in July, 2019. 2.
Learned AGP would state that the cheque in terms of order passed by this Court on 02.02.2018 is ready and photocopy of the same is annexed with the affidavit. He would deposit the cheque in this office within a period of one week from today. 3.
In this view of the matter, office to accept the cheque in
{2} cp385.19.odt terms of paragraph no. 10 of the order dated 02.02.2018. Upon deposit of said cheque, petitioner is entitled to withdraw the same unconditionally. The cheque to be deposited within one week from today.

In view of the unconditional apology tendered and the explanation offered and further in view of compliance of the order passed by this Court, contempt notice is discharged. Petition stands disposed of.
