Learned AGP waives service of notice for the respondents State.

Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith.

In these petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek an order of direction against the respondent
924-927 No.2 Scrutiny Committee to decide tribe claims filed by the petitioners which are pending for quite some time.
4.
Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee is directed to consider the tribe claims of the petitioners and dispose of the same in accordance with law on or before 31st August, 2021 without fail. 5.
The petitioners are directed to remain present before respondent No.2 Committee on 9th May, 2022 at 11.00 a.m. 6.
The order that will be passed by the respondent No.2 Committee shall be communicated to the petitioners within one week form the date of passing the order.
7.
If the tribe claims of the petitioners are accepted, the tribe validity certificates shall be issued to the petitioners within one week from the date of passing order.
8.
If the tribe claims of the petitioners are rejected, the petitioners would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 9.
The petitions are allowed in the aforesaid terms. 10.
Rule is made absolute accordingly.
