The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 05.03.2024 whereby registration of their Second Appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also delay of 26 days in filing this application. Learned Counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within four weeks.

Though the application is opposed, but in view of the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicants, the Pooja K.

912 CA 4633-2024 order dated 05.03.2024 stands recalled and the Second Appeal mentioned in this application be restored for removal of office objections within four weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/- (rupees Five Hundreds only) to be paid to the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad.
