The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.163 of 2023, registered with Police Station Kotwali, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Section 307, 323, 341, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Section 4/25 of the Indian Arms Act.

The applicant was not named in the FIR. However, on the statement of the co-accused, he has been arraigned as an accused. Nothing has been recovered from the applicant. There was no test identification parade of the applicant. The material investigation against the applicant has been completed.

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant MILIND CHANDRASHEKHAR @ SHEKHAR MUDALIYAR be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.163 of 2023, registered with Police Station Kotwali, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Section 307, 323, 341, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Section 4/25 of the Indian Arms Act, on the condition, to attend the Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice till filing charge sheet.
