We have heard Mr. Salgare, the learned counsel for the

cp240.15 -2petitioner. Mr. Deshpande, the learned counsel for the respondent states that the Commissioner has already decided representations and has forwarded proposal to the Government seeking sanction to award pay scale of Rs.5000-8000 to the petitioners. 2.

In the light of above, we dispose of the contempt petitions. In case no decision is taken in near future, liberty to the petitioners to approach this court afresh.
