Present application is for condonation of delay and for restoration of civil application in second appeal as well as second apeal. For the reasons stated in the application it is desirable to restore the civil application as well as second appeal, however, subject to fulfillment of condition imposed while passing order in Civil Application No. 1998 of 2019.
