PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned A.G.P. appearing for the Respondent No.1 and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3.

It appears that, already the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Jalna has written a letter to the Joint Director (Administration), Maharashtra Primary Education Council, Mumbai requesting therein to release grants so as to pay honorarium of 63 Resource Persons ( साधनवयकती).

In that view of the matter, we direct the Respondents to complete the entire exercise, as expeditiously as possible, however within three months from

9451.15WP today and take decision about the payment of honorarium of the petitioners and other similarly situated persons. However, the Respondents will be entitled to verify the factual aspects in case, if it is necessary.

We do not express any opinion about the entitlement of the petitioners or any other similarly situated persons, and it is for the Respondents to take final decision, as expeditiously as possible, however, within three months from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioners.

The Petition is disposed of in the above terms. 6.
