Learned Advocate for the applicants are absent. Learned APP informs that non-bailable warrant has been issued against the applicants since January 2025. That means the applicants are not attending the case before the trial Court. Even on 24th March 2025, learned Advocate for the applicants were absent. It was specifically observed by this Court that if the learned Advocate for the applicants remains absent on the next date i.e. 28th April 2025, the Application is liable to be dismissed.
