All the applicants are convicted by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Sangamner, Dist.Ahmednagar, for the ofence

{2} CRI.APPLN.1079 OF 2021 punishable under Section 324 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and under Section 323 r/w 34 of the IPC and were sentenced to sufer simple imprisonment for one year and to pay fine of Rs.000/- on each count. Sentences were to run concurrently. The Appellate Court reduced substantive sentence to six months but confirmed the sentence as regards to fine. The present sentence is of six months.

In view of this, substantive sentence is suspended till disposal of the Revision Application.

Each of the applicants be released on bail on executing P.R.Bond of Rs.10,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
