Leave to amend the designation of respondent No. 4. 2.

The petitioner is seeking permission for opening second division of class 1st to 7th std. The affidavit is filed by the I/c Dy. Director of Education to the effect that the Education Officer is directed to submit proposal for Sanch Manyata (lap ekU;rk). 3.

The learned counsel for the Education Officer submits that, the Education Officer has submitted the proposal for Sanch Manyata.

In view of the above, the authority shall take decision on the said proposal, expeditiously, preferably by 30.05.2018. 5.
