1] Heard learned counsel for the appellants, the respondent no.1 and learned AGP for the respondent no.2. Perused the judgment and order passed by the Reference Court. 2] The amount awarded by the Reference Court is more

- 4 - than six to eight times the amount awarded by the SLAO. The SLAO has awarded the compensation in the range of Rs.530/- to Rs.720/- per Aare, which has been enhanced in the range of Rs.3,000/- to Rs.3750/- per Aare. As such, there is enhancement of compensation in the range of about six to eight times. In that view, there is an arguable case to be considered in the appeals preferred by the appellants - acquiring body. Hence, the following order.
