Writ Petition No. 7238 of 2019 :

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the competent authority has already completed the land acquisition proceedings in accordance with the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 with reference to four villages and only one village namely Pimpalgaon-Kajale could be completed within a stipulated period. 2.
The learned AGP submits that the competent authority would take around six months to complete the said process. The petitioners are satisfed.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off in the light of the statement recorded.
Writ Petition No.12232 of 2019 :
1.
The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have opposed the acquisition proceedings on the basis of private negotiations. They have no objection if the competent authority resorts to compulsory acquisition by referring to the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

The learned AGP submits that she cannot make any statement as regards the period within which the acquisition process would be completed, though the authorities are bound by the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that they have no objection if the proceedings are completed as per the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

In view of the above, by recording the above said statements, this petition is disposed off.

The respondents shall complete the acquisition proceedings as
per the scheme set out in the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
