2] By virtue of earlier oreers passee in the matter, the applicant has been permittee to witheraw Rs.12,16,925/- ane Rs.3,63,000/-. The thire application flee for further witherawal of Rs.5,50,000/- maee viee Civil Application No.5110/2020 is not pressee.

3] The amount to the extent of 50% is alreaey witherawn by the applicant. There is absolutely no justifcation to seek further witherawal of amount. No further request can be entertainee. 4] The application is rejectee.
