We have heard Mr. Choukidar and Mr. Nagarkar, the learned counsel for respective parties. Considering the fact that, the amount that would be paid, the same would be for betterment and development of the city, we allow the applicant to contribute an amount of Rs. 3,54,50,000/- (Rs. Three Crores Fifty Four Lacs Fifty thousands only) that is its own contribution of 10% and contribution of Municipal Council Shirdi of its own and by way of loan. However, this would not be a regular feature, but is being permitted as one time contribution only. The civil
