ORDER :

Vide the present Application, the Applicant seeks permission to appoint 28 employees i.e. 27 employees on Class-IV post and one on Class-III post, as per Resolution No.17 dated 25th September 2014 passed by the Committee.

We have heard Mr. Talekar, learned counsel for the Respondents.

It is submitted that these employees are the legal heirs of the employees who were working earlier with the present Applicant. These 28 employees are presently working on contract basis with the Applicant.

The Committee may implement Resolution No.17 to appoint the 28 employees on compassionate basis as prayed, after considering their eligibility, so also availability of sanctioned posts, as per the Government
Resolutions and the policy in vogue.

Civil Application disposed of, accordingly.
