Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

In response to the notice issued to respondent Nos. 1 and 3 only by this Court vide order dated 13th June, 2019, an affidavit in reply is filed on behalf of respondent No.1 through Dr. Baliram Lahane, working as Joint Director, Higher Education, Nanded Region, Nanded. Perusal of the said affidavit in reply, more particularly paragraph-9 which reads thus:

"

I say and submit that Respondent no.2 (University) had granted approval to the post of A. Professor on adhoc basis on 12.02.1996. As per the Hon'ble High Court Order dated 15.01.2019 the office of the deponent quashed and set aside the impugned communication dated 30.3.16 & 16.4.16 vide office letter no.3286, dated 01/07/2019 and further

( 3 ) advised to the respondent no.03 to make pay fixation of the petitioner as per the Hon'ble High Court's order".

In the light of above, it can safely be said that the order passed by this Court is duly complied with. Respondent No.3 Principal, Smt. Sushiladevi Deshmukh Women College, Latur is also informed of the decision by the State Government by communication dated 28th August, 2019 and copy of the same is placed on record as annexure R-2 to the affidavit in reply.
