It appears that before the amount was deposited by respondent-Insurance Company, this Court on 01-07-2016 had allowed the applicants to withdraw the amount to the extent of 50%, as awarded by the tribunal. Since that amount is not withdrawn, by this application, the applicants are allowed to withdraw that amount subject to submitting undertaking within a period of eight weeks that they would make the said amount good, if directed at the time of final disposal of the First Appeal.
