Learned A.G.P. submits that the order of this Court is complied and on 04.07.2018 the order is passed by the Authority. 2.

Mr. Salgare, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court is not properly complied, the services from the initial date of appointment ought to have been considered. 3.

The same would be on the merits of the order. The petitioner has an avenue open to assail the said order.

As the order has been complied, though belatedly, the contempt stands purged. Contempt Petition is disposed of. No costs.
