The petitioners are the original defendants. The learned counsel submits that the order granting injunction has been confirmed by this Court. This Writ Petition has been preferred against the order passed below Exh.28 granting police aid to the respondent / plaintiff for cutting of sugarcane crop standing on the suit property on payment of fees, if any. 3.

In view of the above, there is no need to interfere in the order impugned.
