The Applicants are the original Appellants, who pray for condonation of delay of 221 days and for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 24.08.2016, by which, registration to the Second Appeal has been refused for non removal of office objections. Having considered the submissions of the parties and for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 221 days is condoned subject to the Applicants depositing costs of Rs.1,000/-. By the consent of the Respondents, the costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) shall be deposited by the Applicants with the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on or before 02.02.2018.
