Learned counsel for applicant submits that appellant has challenged the impugned judgment and award passed by Member of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Osmanabad in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 259/2015, dated 15.06.2021 on various grounds. Hence, requested to stay the impugned order.
