Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ingole, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 2.
This Court had passed a specific order on 14th October, 2016 to the effect that, the petitioner shall be deemed to have been placed in the seniority list of Junior Engineers as being eligible from the year 2006. The respondents are bound to give effect to the said order.

At present there is nothing on record to show that the
2 cp 323.17 respondents have denied the relief to the petitioner as per the order of this Court. It will be open for the petitioner to approach this Court, if the respondents deny the benefit as given to the petitioner under order dated 14th October, 2016, in Writ Petition No. 2609 of 2007. The contempt petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
