Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3 submits that the petitioner has approached this Court against an interim order. The matter is heard finally by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and on 18.06.2018 has been reserved for judgment.

As the matter is now reserved for judgment, we are not inclined to consider the matter on merits. Naturally, parties would be bound by the final judgment of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, subject to no further proceedings being taken up.
