The petitioners have put forth prayer clause 'A' which reads as under :- A) For a writ of mandamus Order or direction in nature of mandamus directing respondent No. 4 to conclude proceedings of R.T.S. Case No. 1503/2015 U/Sec. 32-G of Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act of the petitioners within stipulated period of one month or any other period as deem appropriate to this Hon'ble Court.

Reliance is placed on the judgment dated 26th February, 2015, delivered by the learned Single Judge at Aurangabad in Writ Petition No. 3091/2021 along with connected matters, vide which, the matter was remitted to the competent authority for a fresh decision. 3.

The learned Chief Government Pleader submits on instructions that respondent No. 4 would decide the pending proceedings as expeditiously as possible and within two months. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are satisfed.

As such, this petition is disposed off. Respondent No. 4 shall decide the pending R.T.S. Case No. 1503/2015 under Section 32-G of Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, on or before 30th August, 2022.
