The legal heirs of the sole appellant who died on 23.01.2019 have fled this application to bring them on record. Considering the fact that the sole appellant died on 23.01.2019 and this application has been fled on 12.04.2019, as it is in time and considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicants, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks. 3.

After the necessary amendment to show legal heirs of the sole appellant is carried out, place the appeal for fnal hearing on 27.02.2020.
