By this civil application, the applicant seeks extension of time to issue tender granted by this Court by order dated 10th March, 2022 in Writ Petition No. 3384/2022.

Civil application is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 on the ground that the applicant has not set out the steps taken by the applicant for issuing tender for selling the properties of the applicant.

Perusal of the civil application indicates that due to technical difficulties, tender could not be issued and finalized by the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that he

cast12789-22 would not seek any further extension of time to issue tender. Undertaking is accepted.

In view of the averments made in the civil application and in view of the undertaking rendered by the learned counsel for the applicant, time to issue tender is extended by eight weeks from today. 6.

It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. If the order dated 10th March, 2022 and this order are not complied with within the extended period, consequence provided in the order dated 10th March, 2022 would follow.

Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
