Order passed by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Washi below Exhibit-18 in Regular Civil Suit No. 346 of 2021 thereby appointing Court Commissioner is challenged in the present writ petition.

Learned advocate for respondent No.1 - original plaintiff, on instructions, submits that the plaintiff has already filed purshis before the Trial Court seeking withdrawal of the suit, however, the Trial Court is not considering the same, as this Court has granted stay to the impugned order of appointment of Court Commissioner.

In view of the subsequent development, learned advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
