The applicants / original petitioners seek to carry out addition of paragraphs and addition of prayer clauses in view of the subsequent events. The petitions are yet to be admitted. It is stated that the proposed amendments are also placed on record and which exclusively pertain to the subsequent events that have occurred. 2.

Mr. Karpe, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.4 and 5 and the learned AGP on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3, opposed these applications.

For the reasons set out in the applications, both applications are allowed. The addition of paragraphs and the prayer clauses as proposed in the civil applications shall be carried out on or before 30/01/2017. The respondents, if so desire, are at liberty to file their affidavits in response to the amended writ petitions on or before 10/02/2017.

After the above order is complied with, list these writ petitions for admission on 14/02/2017.
