It is also submitted that, the petitioner has already filed a petition challenging order returning the proposal for approval. 3.

In view of the fact that subsequently the name of the petitioner is included in the second list and also considering that the earlier writ petition is pending in this Court, if the petitioner

In view of the above, nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
