By filing the present application, the Applicant is praying for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1. The learned counsel submits that the legal heirs of Respondent No.1 are already on record as Respondent Nos.2 to 7. However, so far as to comply with the procedural part, their names also required to be taken on record as legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1. Hence, the following order -

The names of Respondent Nos.2 to 7 shall be taken on record as the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.
